We utilize a Service Call Workflow Process to ensure every key component of your laser system is inspected.  Depending on the particular laser, our Inspection Checklist includes 30 (or more) points of Inspection, Alignment, and Calibration — all to ensure you are providing safe and reliable laser treatments to your patients.   

PM visits are tracked by Reliable Laser Solutions (RLS) to ensure your laser is serviced on a recurring schedule (Semi-Annual or Annual based on requirements established by the manufacturer) and enforced by CMS and other regulatory bodies.  We coordinate the PM Schedule with you to ensure Service is provided at a time that suits your facility best. 

RLS offers reduced rates for PMs based on setting up 3-Year or 5-Year Preferred Customer Guarantee (PCG) Agreements placing you in a priority position anytime you require service.

EMERGENCY SERVICE

When your laser is out of service you lose money on every procedure missed. 

We are on-call to provide technical support via the phone when you are in need.  Depending on the nature of the problem, some Emergency Service Calls can be resolved over the phone. 

When an onsite Emergency Service Visit is required, we do our best to provide service within 24 hours of the Service Authorization being approved by you. 

Our Field Service Engineers troubleshoot the problem over the phone prior to traveling to your facility to identify the probable cause of a failure.  This allows us the opportunity to provide Service with parts that are most likely going to resolve the problem.  Our goal is to get your laser up and running in a timely manner while providing professional and courteous service.
