Medical facilities across the United States look to Reliable Laser Solutions for our expertise in implementing the highest-quality holmium laser fibers for their clinical applications.  Reliable Laser is pleased to distribute the ProFlex™ LLF Holmium Laser Fibers which incorporate the patented Pulsar™ HPC technology.   Pulsar™ HPC technology improves collimation of light into the fiber while resolving not only spatial overfill but also angular overfill which can cause fibers to fail during surgery or damage the “blast shield” inside the laser because not all of the light is directed into the core of the fiber.  This patented technology has revolutionized the performance of holmium laser fibers by significantly reducing fiber failure as well as increasing the protection of the “blast shield” during use with small diameter fibers.

Energy density is easily controlled by the surgeon selecting the fiber size that best meets clinical requirements.  The true 200-micron fiber is great for challenging procedures that require maximum flexibility for ureteroscopes to bend in a smaller radius to reach target tissue. 

While it may seem amazing, the true 200-micron fiber with Pulsar™ HPC technology can deliver more energy per pulse to the stone than most of our competitor’s 273-micron fibers.
