Reliable Laser Solutions exists to ensure medical lasers are the safest, most effective tools in hospitals and clinics across North America. We do this through a combination of refined processes utilizing personable team members who deliver a unique skill-set.
Headquartered in Denver, Colorado with Field Engineers available across the Western United States, we are able to provide local response to many markets, and direct flights to the rest of the Western US. We have serviced laser systems in 30+ states across the US and are currently trained on 140 different types of laser systems.

MEET THE TEAM
JOHN WEBB -CEO
John has been carrying a briefcase since 6th grade and loves the people and mental challenges business brings each day. He focuses on the vision, growth and hiring of RLS from his office in Nevada. In addition to loving his work, he loves hiking, biking and traveling the US with his wife and 3 young kids.
CHARLY TULLIS - COO
Charly is a lover of family and sports. He is endlessly trying to retain a semblance of fitness as he ages. Through coaching his sons and exercising with his wife he achieves some questionable success.
At Reliable Laser Solutions, Charly is dedicated to the ongoing improvement of what RLS delivers to our customers, focusing on customer service, quality field service, and the systems that deliver them.
BETH BRIGGS - ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE
Beth spends her days crunching numbers, taking care of the team and solving problems. In her spare time, Beth enjoys cooking delicious meals for her family and meeting her steps goal for the day! If you ever have a question about taxes or your pay, just give her a call and she will eagerly help.
MISTY PROULX - OFFICE COORDINATOR
Misty keeps our team organized and our customers up to date. She works from the Denver area and supports the team by setting up travel, scheduling, team activities and new equipment. If you need to setup a scheduled maintenance call or get a quote on a laser reach out to Misty and she'll be happy to help.
JOHN HOOD - FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
In addition to his college education, John is self-taught in electronics and mechanics and has been taking things apart to see how they worked since he was a kid. He loves the travel and dynamic challenges within tight timelines that his work with RLS gives him. In his spare time, John enjoys tinkering with electronics and creating things that don’t exist. He lives in the bay area and enjoys the outdoors by riding bikes and hiking in the forest.
DAVID ESKANDARI - FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
David joined RLS with experience on manufacturing lines and has a great eye for details and ability to think on his feet. He serves customers from the Dallas, TX area and enjoys the travel that goes with taking care of customers around the country.
