We are pleased to share Reliable Laser Solutions (RLS) has acquired Southeast Laser Systems (SLS). We recognize many of you have long-standing relationships with the SLS team, which reflects the reputation, trust, and service excellence David and April have established over the years. Our intent is to honor that legacy by ensuring a smooth transition and excellent service.
RLS has operated since 2016, with team members serving the medical laser service industry for over 20 years. We support manufacturers, biomedical service organizations, hospital biomed teams, and clinics. Our field service team includes seven strategically located field service engineers, providing nationwide coverage.
As we transition from Southeast Laser Systems to Reliable Laser Solutions, we are working to ensure continuity of service with minimal disruption. Any open service requests or scheduled work will continue to be supported as planned.
